What is the dress for your parties?

Dress (Masquerade & General)


Couples & Single ladies: We ask that you bring a mask to the Masquerade parties (we have good quality masks available for between £10 & £17, in the Hellfire shop).

Gentlemen are required to wear Black Tie, suit or erotic / fancy dress (Fancy dress may be Monks outfits, uniforms, Mess dress etc) but should be compatible with a semi formal event and absolutely, no jeans, rips, trainers or tee shirts. Ladies are just asked to dress appropriate to the occasion.

Dress For Other Hellfire Parties (Various alternative themes, Singles: Diners, Fancy Dress and Fetish nights)
There are other promoters parties held at The Hellfire Club and we run monthly alternative theme, singles, Diners & fetish / dungeon parties; if you are unsure of the theme, then dress is as above, without masks, but please; No jeans, rips or trainers for any party.

How do ladies dress for your parties?

We do not stipulate for ladies as, in our experience, they always make an effort to look good! However; it may help to know what others wear: 10% wear basques, corsets, high boots, leather etc (non fetish nights), 50% in cocktail / long dresses and semi formal (usually with sexy lingerie underneath) and the balance, variously, from Club to conservative.

What ID do I need?
If you have not been to a party with us before; please bring one of the following forms of ID: ID card, passport, driver’s license or a utility bill and supporting proof of name, such as a credit card. We ask to confirm identities as a legal requirement for private members clubs and to ensure we are able to enforce the Clubs rules on the privacy.
To save time on arrival, you can download, print and complete the Privacy Agreement from this link. Single Gentlemen, except for our monthly singles party, numbers are very limited and you must have received verbal or email / phone confirmation before attending; however, once accepted to attend, single gentlemen are treated the same as other members.
Smart dress and good manners are essential and therefore management reserves the right to deny access to those in breach of our minimum standards.
Do I have to become a member and what is the cost?
We are a private members Club and therefore membership is mandatory.

For Life membership, we have reduced the price to just £5 per person for both singles and couples, until May 2010.

What are the opening times?
On Club nights, we are open from 10:00pm until 4:00am (please arrive before 11pm if possible). If for any reason you cannot make it to a party, do let us know so that we can adjust numbers accordingly. Some parties, such as Lounge and Diners start at 9pm. BNaughty on a Thursday starts at 8:30pm and finishes at 1 am.

Where are you located?

The Club is situated in Sunbury-On-Thames, just 10 miles from central London, in address code TW16. There is ample free parking and our door staff patrol the parking area periodically and escort single ladies to and from their cars.

Do we bring our own alcohol?

There is a bar selling soft drinks but you will need to bring your own alcohol; there is no charge for corkage.

Are there cliques and are people friendly to newcomers?

Our members are an eclectic mix of well mannered and fun individuals; staff and existing members make a great effort to put Newbies at ease and we are confident that you will feel at home very quickly!
